“Crystal Cakes”- AKA Protein Pancakes
3- Egg Whites OR ½ cup liquid egg whites
1 Tbsp of Coconut Flour
1 Tbsp of Ground Flaxseed
1/2 scoop protein powder ( Whey, or plant protein Lifetime Life’s Basics)
1/3-1/2 cup oatmeal, uncooked or Quinoa or Sweet Potato Or Pumpkin, adjust Macro’s to meet your needs.
2 Tbsp-unsweetened Applesauce OR 1-2 tbsp shredded zucchini OR Pumpkin
*optional* *add both Applesauce and Zucchini if you prefer more moist pancake Cinnamon and stevia for desired flavor
*Add in’s: Organic Chocolate Chips, walnuts, shredded Zucchini, or banana,
Combine ingredients, start with wet ingredients then slowly add dry ingredients
Pre heat small pan to Low/MED heat and spray with Coconut oil , pour ingredients into pan, will be batter like.
Allow to brown on one side and bubble and flip carefully to cook other side.
