Video recap- Watch Here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lygwdeAaNO0&t=7s
What do I do NOW?
Take an inventory of how much sugar you consume daily. This can be done simply by writing a food journal for several days as well as recording in any food app, such as My Fitness Pal.
Once you learn how much you are consuming you can become more mindful and see the TRUTH, Sugar is hidden everywhere and in so many foods that you would least expect and you and your family are consuming enormous amounts. SUGAR is not just in the obvious forms- Candy, Soda, Fruit Drinks, Cakes and Cookies, It is disguised and you are eating it and it is making you SICK, FAT and Extremely Unhealthy.
Limit your intake of sugar. PERIOD.
Do NOT get caught up on the numbers of Min and Max of what you can eat. Numbers will drive you crazy, now you are hyper aware of what you are consuming you can focus on limiting and then eliminating sugar.
Having healthy snacks prepped and with you will prevent you from making a poor choice when hit that afternoon crash, the more consistent you are with eating a healthier, balanced diet, the better you will feel and look.
